1. How do I make order for catering?
For those products listed under Chinese Catering, it usually requires 24 hours advanced notice. So if you order it online today, we will contact you to confirm the order at the same day and delivery it next day.
We offer Chinese weekly meal planning. All the dishes will be arranged for 7 days a week in advance. We try to balance the nutrition for each day. The week plan will be posted on each Friday for the next week. You could order online for any dish you would like for next week. We will contact you to confirm your reservation.
2. How do I make payment?
All orders will be paid at pick up or delivery. We prefer you pick up your orders. We are located in downtown Rochester. If you prefer delivery, we will appreciate your gratitude.
4. Where do you get the grocery stuff?
We are preferred customer for several large regional oriental grocery wholesalers. We regularly do bulk orders for those wholesalers. We appreciate your feedback. If you want something special, please don’t hesitate to asking us. We could make a customized order for you.
5. How do I find the product I want?
